4.4 The organizations referred to in above 4.2 may link to AngelsDeck Global Ventures home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

(a) By use of AngelsDeck Global Ventures corporate name or AngelsDeck name; or
(b) By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or

4.7 No use of AngelsDeck Global Ventures logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

10. Breaches of theseTerms and Conditions
10.1 Without prejudice to AngelsDeck Global Ventures other rights under these Terms and Conditions, if you breach theseTerms and Conditions in any way, or if AngelsDeck Global Ventures reasonably suspect that you have breached these Terms and Conditions in any way, AngelsDeck Global Ventures may:
(a) Send you one or more formal warnings;
(b) Temporarily suspend your access the Website;
(c) Permanently prohibit you from accessing the Website (either by locking computers using your IP address from accessing the Website; or by contacting any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to the Website); and/or
(d) Take legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.

16. Law and jurisdiction

The new version of the Terms and Conditions comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Terms and Conditions.
